Making Money Online When You Can’t Leave the House

by | Mar 31, 2020 | Online Business

The COVID-19 epidemic is causing havoc, health-wise and financially.  A lot of people are losing their jobs or a large source of their income due to business closures and stay-at-home orders. Making money online and starting an online business in the comfort of your own home is something to consider.

But how do you start a business when you can’t leave the house? Well, if there’s one thing I’m an expert at (besides the law), it’s staying home. Fortunately, it’s pretty simple to start a business and make money online from your home. Most states allow electronic filing so you can form an LLC or corporation completely online. You can also apply for and receive an Employer Identification Number from the IRS completely online.

Before you can start making money online from your new business, you’ll need to set up a new business bank account. I am a huge fan of Novo for banking! Novo is 100% online and their business checking account is completely FREE. No monthly fees, no minimum balance requirements, nothing. You can use my affiliate link to open a free business checking account with Novo!
